The marble statue of a woman is holding a small reef in her left hand. With her right hand she slighltly lifts the seam of her thin, off the shoulder dress.
This statue by Antoine André was standing in Jardin des Tuileries until 16 June 2010 when it was moved to parc de Sceaux. Flore Farnèse was created in 1676.

Issy-les-Moulineaux - Bronze statue of a man holding a large column and a small boy looking on.
A naked Hercules is balancing a large column with little branches coming out at the higher parts of the column. The tall column is square at the bottom and becomes round towards the top.
At the lower part of it you can see people and writing.The little boy at his feet holds up a tortoise.
Yvan Theimer creates bronze sculptures with a lot of symbolism and a lot of detail.
Hercules and the plant column was created by Yvan Theimer and his assistant Franco Bertoni in 1992.

The bronze statue depicts a barely clad man who sharpens a small cutting tool on a stone. He looks in the distance.
The knife sharpener was designed by François Girardon and cast in bronze by Jean-Balthazar Keller in 1686 - 1688.
