The station opened on 13 June 2024 with the extension of the line west from Mairie des Lilas to Rosny - Bois-Perrier.

It is an underground station on the border of the communities of Montreuil, Noisy-le-Sec and Rosny-sous-Bois.

It is served by the metro line 11. La Dhuys is wheelchair accessible.

 

Entrance to station

 

Entrance of the station La Dhuys on the day of the official opening. The entrance is plain, painted concrete, just below road-level at the side of a large building.

Large sturdy, covered cycle spots have been installed to the left side.

The surrounding of the entrance are also still fenced off. Further work is to be carried out to complete the final touches.

The place in front of the entrance is open and wide.

At the rear of the entrance hall is a large, curved blue art piece looking like water.

The suspended ceiling is made of opend white slats. The floor is covered is medium sized earthen coloured matt floor tiles.

The stairs leading to the platforms. Two stainless steel handrails have been fixed in different heights to both sides of the stairs.

The left wall is tiled in white rectangular tiles with a raised centre - the metro tile. At the height of about halfway from the the landing to the ceiling, five framed lights looking like windows have been installed to lighten up the space.

walkway over platforms

 

A walkway has been built over the platform, giving view of the platforms and tracks in both directions.

The advertising boards are framed in white ceramic tiles. At the moment they are celebrating the six new stations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

blue metal seats

 

Medium blue metal half-spheres have been fixed to round, silver steel bars which have been screwed to the ground.

The signage consists of a dark blue plasticised sign with white mixed case letters. Above it are the names of the two communities it serves in white letters on grey background.

 

 

 

 

 

 

platforms and tracks

 

The platforms are on either side of the tracks.

The entrance to the tunnel is straight. The walls and ceiling are tiled in very large, grey, rectangular tiles. Some areas still have to be completed.

Adjacent to the platform is an overspill area in case of affluence.
